After having a test drive I decided I had found the right car. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or upgrade their car.

Burnley Motor Group Ltd were Great because of the Outstanding staff! Not only keen and enthusiastic but knowledgeable too. I dealt with the MD and the most junior sales person and a few in between. All earned top marks for customer relations and effectiveness. The modern Hyundai is hugely complex with leading technology throughout and I was made to feel an expert where it mattered.

My experience at Burnley Motor Group Ltd could have been better because of the unsafe to drive vehicle I was sold and the amount of time it takes to resolve the issue. More than a week down the line I am still waiting for them to come and collect it. They said the company which was supposed to collect it had a breakdown on the way to my address. Blown up tire which proved impossible to fix due to missing locking wheel nut. To me these are only excuses for no reason. Then I have to keep chasing the dealer to find out whats going on as otherwise they would not bother updating me.

I'd recommend Burnley Motor Group Ltd to anyone because the car was well presented and the salesman wasn't pushy. They let me look at it on my own.
